Body Image Counseling

Struggling with negative body image can affect every part of your life—from confidence to relationships to daily routines. In therapy, I help clients explore thoughts and feelings about their body, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves. Using evidence-based techniques, we work on building self-esteem and reducing the impact of body dissatisfaction on your mood and daily functioning.

Chronic Dieting & Restrictive Eating

Long-term dieting or restrictive eating often contributes to stress, anxiety, and a cycle of food obsession. In therapy, I support clients in breaking the cycle of restriction by exploring the mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns behind dieting. We focus on creating flexible, sustainable eating habits, improving self-trust around food, and reducing the physical and emotional strain of chronic dieting.

Binge Eating & Emotional Eating Support

Binge eating and emotional eating can feel overwhelming and difficult to control. In counseling, I help clients identify triggers, manage urges, and build healthy coping strategies. Together, we work on understanding the emotional and psychological factors behind eating behaviors and develop tools to regain control, reduce shame, and create a balanced relationship with food.

Food Guilt & Restriction Counseling

Feelings of guilt or shame around food can interfere with mental health and well-being. I work with clients to understand and challenge food-related guilt, develop a balanced perspective on eating, and practice self-compassion. Therapy focuses on reducing the power of restrictive rules and negative judgments, so you can approach food without fear or judgment and reclaim a healthy, mindful relationship with eating.
