Meet Ariana

Compassionate, evidence-based eating disorder therapy rooted in empathy, collaboration, and lasting recovery.

My Story

Hi, I’m Ariana LeBlanc, MS, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image challenges. I am licensed in Massachusetts and Florida, and I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach to every session.

I work with teens and adults to build healthier relationships with food, body, and self, providing support tailored to each person’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with restriction, binge eating, purging behaviors, or chronic dieting, I am here to guide you through recovery with practical strategies, emotional support, and personalized counseling.

Outside of therapy, I am passionate about promoting mental wellness and helping clients find balance, confidence, and peace in their lives.
